Q: [Where do I pick up my order?]
A: Most orders can be picked up at the Midwest Warehouse located just East of the office on Northern.  The main office can direct you if you need help finding it.

Q: [If I've changed my mind about the material I've purchased, can I return it for a refund?]
A: If you've changed your mind about the order, we can accept the material back as long as we didn't process it to sell it to you and it has not been damaged since the sale.

Q: [Can I use a check or a credit card to pay for my order?]
A: Yes, we accept checks and Visa/Mastercard.

Q: [Is there a minimum order quantity that I need to place?]
A: We ask that you order at least $25 worth of materials or services.  If the order is extremely small and requires labor-free scrapped material, we will try to find something that fits your needs.

Q: [How much material can I get delivered?]
A: We can deliver as much as 47,000 lbs of material per truck.  Subsequent trucks will require additional delivery charges.

Q: [How much is a delivery charge?]
A: Generally deliveries within Pueblo cost $40.  Conditions that increase the time, manpower, or difficulty of the load will affect this price.

Q: [Can Midwest set the material that I purchase?]
A: Yes, we have a boom truck available to set beams.  Please inquire for availability.

Q: [Can Midwest deliver to me if I am outside Colorado?]
A: Yes, we make deliveries across the Midwest.  Even if the delivery is outside the Midwest region, it is possible to arrange a third party carrier to get you the material you need.
